The WEISSENHAUS hideaway is a nature experience that is primarily aimed at adults seeking relaxation who are spa and culinary connoisseurs. WEISSENHAUS presents itself as a hideaway in a rural idyll and is not comparable with traditional grand hotels. You will be welcomed on a 75-hectare private estate, 1.5 hours from Hamburg, directly on the 3-kilometre-long natural beach of the Baltic Sea.

The individual suites and rooms are distributed in ten buildings have been restored with great attention to detail, partly according to historical models and leaning on the original use. All buildings and each room are unique, some with fireplace, terrace or free-standing bathtub, the accommodations offer a particularly high quality of stay, completed by loving details.

The up to 150sqm large Weissenhaus Signature Suites, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offer guests the highest comfort. As an exclusive highlight, the largest category at WEISSENHAUS, the Signature Villa, offers total comfort for up to twelve guests and has its own Jacuzzis and saunas in the spacious garden, as well as several terraces.

With a magnificent view through the historical garden and painting hall of the castle, over lush meadows to the sea, a visit to the restaurant COURTIER promises a restful and relaxing time out from everyday life. Sophisticated dishes, thought out with handcraft, prepared with heart and creativity and presented in an exciting way, that is the aromatic promise of pleasure to our guests.

A selection of Asia´s best flavors await you in our historic Castle vaults. In addition to absolute classics such as California Rolls enjoy homemade Dim Sums made according to an original Chinese recipe or our popular Thai Beef Salad. We deliberately do not serve classic fish and sushi dishes from Japanese traditional cuisine, but look forward to delighting you with modern interpretation of classics and thus also inspire newcomers to the Asian world of flavors.

The stunning location, directly at the natural beach and the sweeping view over the Baltic Sea, create the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories in the restaurant Bootshaus. Seasonal products from local producers are the focus of the cuisine and are interpreted in a contemporary way at the highest level, following the example of the most popular, Italian classics.

The gourmet breakfast is served in the KAVALIERSHAUS until lunchtime, while the VITALBAR awakens the spirits with healthy snacks and strengthens you from the inside out.

SPA CULTURE
Relaxation at the highest level can be found in the 2,500-sqm SCHLOSSTHERME with heated indoor and outdoor pools, open-air brine pool, hammam & rasul, 6 saunas, private spa, several open wood-burning fireplaces, active loft and a yoga pavilion. On the plateau above the pool area, the newly built Brine Forest Room awaits you, with tea station, panoramic sauna and a salt aerosol lounge.

PRIVATE EVENTS
Whether a glamorous gala evening in the gourmet restaurant, a relaxed cocktail reception on the terrace of the castle, a beach barbecue in the dunes or an exuberant evening with friends on the lake jetty. The possibilities for unforgettable events are almost endless at Weissenhaus!

As the largest event location for up to 160 people, WEISSENHAUS offers the approx. 355 m² Reetscheune, a spectacular round beam construction with an embedded glass roof towers over the event area, which is equipped with underfloor heating, the latest event technology and a catering kitchen.
