The LaPosch – Living Lands in Biberwier is an exclusive garden boutique resort in the Tyrolean Zugspitze region, combining alpine lifestyle with modern luxury and complete privacy.

At the heart of this car-free resort are 16 individually designed chalets and villas that blend harmoniously into the mountain landscape. The architecture makes use of traditional materials such as reclaimed timber and natural stone, combined with high-quality design. The accommodation ranges from cosy chalets in traditional Tyrolean style to spacious lodges (from August 2026), which combine modern style with mountain hut charm, right through to luxurious pool villas and spacious, two-storey lakeside villas situated directly on the resort’s own crystal-clear swimming lake.

All four categories feature a sauna and a fireplace with a real fire, which make a stay in the snow-covered landscape particularly cosy and homely, especially in winter. In addition, some of the accommodation includes infrared cabins, hot tubs and whirlpool baths.

With great attention to detail and a personalised service, the hosts treat their guests to culinary delights. The Tyrolean breakfast is individually put together by guests the day before from a selection of 47 ingredients and delivered silently the following morning to the entrance hall of every chalet, lodge, and the Lakeside and Pool Villas. A charming touch is the ‘Eggmobile’, which drives around the grounds and prepares fresh egg dishes right on the doorstep.

There are three dining options to choose from this evening: a relaxed dinner in the comfort of your own home or a visit to the 2-toque restaurant Walters or at the new signature restaurant Klaras (from August 2026), where a visit feels just like being in Grandma’s kitchen. Klara’s Kitchen serves simple, comforting favourites: dumplings, Gröstl and Schmarren, which bring the colours of the garden to life on your plate with refreshing lightness – freshly cooked in a kitchen that comes from the heart, leaving you feeling full and happy.

On request, dinner – as well as breakfast – can be delivered directly to your chalet or villa. Guests choose from the menu in the morning, and the LaPosch team will serve an aperitif and the meal at your preferred time in the privacy of your own retreat.

Nature and wellness come together in the newly redesigned garden pool area. From August 2026, the 50-metre outdoor pool will be complemented by an indoor pool. New relaxation areas featuring plenty of plants, a sauna and a steam room, as well as a space for yoga, are being created. Families can look forward to their own dedicated area with relaxation zones and a paddling pool. The new wellness facilities will be complemented by a private spa suite.
